What a recipe I have for you today…This makes some of the best brownies I’ve ever had (which makes sense when you see the worrying amount of chocolate and sugar that goes into them). This makes around 12 large brownies, so get baking and enjoy!
- 200g plain chocolate
- 175g unsalted butter
- 325g caster sugar
- 130g plain flour
- 3 eggs
- Preheat the oven to 170c
- Break up the chocolate and butter and melt them in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water
- Remove the bowl from the heat. Add sugar and mix. Then add flour and mix. Finally add the eggs and mix.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking pan (lined with baking paper)
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until flaky on top but still soft in the middle. Enjoy!!
